Thank you for being.
Thank you for being here in this time and space.
Thank you for sharing your light.
You might not be aware that you being you, your unique self, is a gift to the world. You MATTER. The world needs you so much. All of you - is important, significant and exceptional.
Sweet kindred, I know that the world often shares different messages. The messages I see around me so often tell us we are not good enough, not smart enough, not skinny enough and that we need to change some part of ourselves to be acceptable.
Those messages are false, they are so untrue, and unfortunately they are shared by people who feel like they do not belong and wish to change themselves.
Don’t listen to those messages, don’t take them into your soft sweet soul. Instead tend to your wondrous self with gentle, loving compassion. Be kind to yourself, be loving to yourself, choose to see yourself with radical self-acceptance. Move into a place of non-judgement and allow the light that you are to illuminate the world.
My desire is for you to become truly aware that you are good enough, and that you are deeply loved.
Because You Matter.
Be Deeply Seen
When you join a series of my group sessions, I create a calm, sacred, safe atmosphere for you to find and absorb your own healing, as you experience being deeply seen.
Together we create sacred space, in which we will hold a virtual vessel for your thoughts and feelings. We create a time for you to feel truly witnessed in all of the ways that you are you. Every person is perfect in their flaws, in their ways of expression, in their unique way of experiencing the world. We explore that which you feel pulled towards within your deepest thoughts.
I look forward to meeting you and holding space with you and for you, as you begin this sacred journey of self-discovery.

I am a Beacon of Light ~
I shine my light in the shadows and show that all is LOVE.
Every person needs and deserves to be fully and truly witnessed and celebrated. In group sessions at Deeply Seen, I offer just that - to really SEE you and help you celebrate yourself, your accomplishments, and to bring you a sense of peace, the kind that only comes from being truly witnessed.
We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here doing just that. My blog serves as a vessel to embody my passions, and include my loyal readers in the love that inspires me in this crazy little world. So, sit back, relax, and read on.
