Gratitude for Connection and Time:
As John expressed, In the realm of borrowed matter, our bodies are composed of elements that flow through us in a constant cycle. However, our time on this earth is uniquely ours, a precious gift to be cherished. Let us express our sincere gratitude to all those who devoted their time and attention to be present at this event. Your presence truly embodies the spirit of giving, and we are immensely grateful.
Acknowledging the Land and Indigenous People:
Recognizing the significance of our surroundings, we acknowledged that this event took place on the unceded ancestral lands of the Mi’kmaq people. As treaty people, we honour and give thanks for the beauty and abundance of this land. It is essential to respect and appreciate the deep connection between spirituality and the land we inhabit.

At Earth-Spirit Society, they foster an environment that embraces diverse spiritual paths. Their foundational paradigm celebrates inclusiveness and unity. A brief dive into the principles that guide ESSNS—
Acknowledging the Divine Spark: They recognize the divine essence present within every individual. This is ALL inclusive.
Embracing Responsibility: They accept our responsibility for their lives and the impact they have on the world. The Law of Return.
Honoring Diverse Experiences of Divinity: They embrace the multifaceted nature of spirituality, both within and beyond themselves.
Embracing Flow, Balance, and Impermanence: They acknowledge the ever-changing nature of their world and strive to find harmony within it.
Coming Together in Celebration:
During the Pride Interfaith Event, representatives from various spiritual traditions shared their knowledge and wisdom with the gathering. From Hindu meditations to an overview of Shambala, these diverse perspectives added depth and richness to our collective experience.
The Spirit of Inclusion:
As the event drew to a close, we were reminded of the transformative power of inclusion. Inclusion is a facet of love that knows no boundaries or limitations—it is universal. It resides within the core of our being, waiting to be shared with others. Let us carry this spirit of inclusion with us as we return to our everyday lives, infusing our interactions with love, compassion, and acceptance.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each individual who contributed their time, energy, and wisdom to make this Pride Interfaith Event a resounding success. It is through gatherings like these that we foster understanding, celebrate diversity, and forge a more inclusive and harmonious world.
Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again. May your journey be filled with love, acceptance, and the never-ending quest for spiritual growth.
